Took me a while to figure this out but I will explain it briefly.
No man has jurisdiction over another except when someone commits a common law crime (murder, theft, assault, etc..). Then a cop can detain, investigate and arrest that person. He is not guilty yet. He can say "not guilty" and explain his case to the jury who is the only one who decides guilt. Being arrested doesn't mean anything compared to the jury verdict.

Also, another tip, when you hire a lawyer, you sign off some of your Rights plus the lawyers are secretly working with the prosecutor to milk you for money. Save your money and represent yourself. This weakens the court's power over you greatly and works like a charge. The prosecutor will probably come up to you and work out a very easy deal just to get your "guilty" verdict. For example, they might say to plead guilty for a small $20 fine because the more guilty pleas they get, the better their court looks. All of life is made of frequency. Actually, all of Life is made of mind and every part of mind has a frequency including us.
The way Law Of Attraction works is that we attract stuff depending on what frequency we are on like a radio that changes when we change the station.
The frequency spectrum is from extreme fear to extreme love. It's all about really getting into what your heart desires. That frequency is superior because it's the radio station you want to be on. Say I need a better job that pays better. I can say "I have a better job now and it pays better". I imagine like it's already happening and get all excited to see getting my first paycheck in my imagination. This imagination is happening in 2D. Then it enters 3D when potent enough. Fear based imaginings work the same way but are much harder to enter 3D reality which is good.
