1. There are different jurisdictions in Court. Common Law jurisdiction is the most beneficial as statutes, which were never meant to be applied to Civilians, cannot be applied to Civilians.

2. Most lawyers cannot be trusted. They are mostly after your money and oftentimes help the defense side as a favor. They also make you sign some of your Rights away if you use a lawyer. Without a lawyer you marinating those Rights.

This is why I never get lawyers. I represent myself to ensure I don’t get fucked over and to save money and it always worked out well for me in or out of court.

This advice is only for People who run into issues. Most People don’t.

Don’t you know almost all court cases are run under admiralty law?

I will not generalize on missed child support payments or any other case because each case is a unique process with unique circumstances unto itself.

You might want to look into the word “jurisdiction”. Even in admiralty law, there is a Statute that says a person in Court can request Common Law Jurisdiction.

Of course it’s bullshit. We are on American land and Courts should be run on land law but they are scamming people into Admiralty jurisdiction so they can fuck them over.
