Single ingredient foods a should be a staple in a personal diet. Meat, vegetables, water. Eat what your body can process and avoid overeating. Food like kale, broccoli and spinach can help with this as they digest slowly causing you to feel full longer. Avoid food with ingredient lists a chemist would be confused with. Avoid refined sugars and flour.
Also go get some exercise or none of it matters. Even if you’re not fat yay can still be in terrible shape if you don’t get out of your chair once in awhile. Cardiovascular strength requires at least a bare minimum of effort.
