I doubt an embossed notary stamp would show. It’s a scan of a photocopy
I got this from Sidney Powell’s mailing list. She referred to it as an affidavit so maybe it is notarized?
I’m not sure that we have the full picture yet of how the votes were counted. Maybe it was spread out to multiple servers?
