Nonsense. I worked in GPS at Trimble Navigation. GPS uses a complex 3D geometry. Not a trace of flat earth in it. GPS is based on satellites rotating around a spherical planet and sending signals through a 3D space. Ground receivers compute their position based on data from a 3D space; it's all 3D geometry plus a little special relativity to adjust for time changes due to motion.
There are maybe three kinds of flat earthers, in descending order of true stupidity:

It's a motor but not a true generator. Yes, there is back EMF when the wire moves but there's no net gain of energy. You put in some amount of energy by pushing the wire and get back some energy from the back EMF, but the killer is that the wire's resistance eats and absorbs energy, for a net loss.
One can read a little about conservation of energy in systems here but it won't give you specific to use in this case, just general framework.
