I've heard a lot of comments saying that "the real announcement came after" alluding to an online bill of rights or something. Not sure if this is legit the "real" announcement or just damage control after coming across as a jackass.
I really think some context should be given to this, after doing some digging on her profile it would seem that this is a reaction to lamictal, an anti-seizure medication. Now this isn't to say that the medication didn't react to the jab negatively and thus causing such a reaction, but I think if we are seeking truth then it is a bit misguided to post something without the full context imho.
