Batman not killing him I can understand. Would you accept a beat cop just blowing away some suspect for their crime? No, it's the job of the court to dole out justice. The fact the courts in DC comics are so lib-tarded that someone with a body count in the hundreds of thousands keeps getting put in a psych ward and not at the very least under the most maximum-security prison ever built AND the people keep moving into Gathom to replace those killed is the most unbelievable part of the comics.

If real-life Boston (that I believe Gathom is based on) had a serial killer of the lesser batman rogues much less the Joker you know it would be a ghost town with every LEO out there trying to stop it.

Honestly I'm kinda glad for this. They are so hated in the area that having them active in the combat zones would probably cause more enemy combatants to mobilize. Groups that currently don't have " a dog in the fight" would see this as a chance to kill Jews and get our boys in the crossfire.
