Feel free to investigate, but dont get stuck into the many speculations.
I think this conspiracy hypothesis is stuck in technical gobbledygook (Like: "NLJD signals") which gets mixed with futurism. The article adds a lot of words in the mix with no clear meaning.
There are many woke "scientists" that do not know the difference between male and female. And in similar fashion there are many conspiracy "scientists" that make errors.
For example, the wires that are necessary for a very basic Bluetooth system are extremely complex. (1) They must never overlap or be connected in a wrong way. (2) The amount of connections is in the millions. (3) the system needs a lot of accurate circuitry and self-testing. (4) the system needs a big antenna (> 3 cm) and a big battery (>0.5 cm). This problem is not solved, and can certainly not be done via "self-assembly".
What does "self-assemble" are biological substances that are either pollution from dead cells or living cells. Some changes and movements in a fluid come from watching a small droplet with a warm lamp underneath.
What gets promoted as secret "nano-technology"
The square patterns promoted as nanotech are very similar to cholesterol crystals. If your rooms are not completely sterile, there is pollution everywhere. Common pollution from plants in air can look like weird creatures. There is even a picture of one in the article named "what the hell". Well, it is likely something from a plant.
