a) All that glitters (shines) isn't gold (malleable)...all shines forth each malleable one within.

b) Notice that ornament implies "order a mind" just as all shining forth each malleable one orders a mind.

c) Mariah Carey - "Glitter"...released September 11, 2001. A massive flop aka all that glitters isn't gold.
