I think we did. It's crazy and there are some funny videos, but the older I get the more I lean away from the conspiracy. Humans went to the moon in the 1960's!

Why did they fake the halfway to the moon video?

The simple answer to this question, of course, would be that they did not fake the halfway video. Obviously if the moon landing was faked, then so was the halfway video. I personally have never seen a good reason to think the halfway video is fake. All people say is "look, they just zoomed into the window from across the space craft, therefore they are much lower." I don't see how that would make the earth look farther.

It's called the vista paradox.

LMAO username checks out. The things I see on the internet are just insane.

  1. The Command and Service Module was less than 13 feet in diameter. To claim that you could use 13 feet of distance to make a ~100s of miles away earth look like it is ~100k miles is ludicrous.

  2. This argument is using the vista paradox in the wrong direction. The vista paradox causes a distant object to appear near when you are far away from the window. A moon hoax would require an effect that causes a nearby object to appear distant when you are far away from the window (ignoring the fact that the we cannot get farther from the window than 13 feet here).
