I think we did. It's crazy and there are some funny videos, but the older I get the more I lean away from the conspiracy. Humans went to the moon in the 1960's!
I personally have always distinguished between "Moon Hoax" conspiracies and "Shape of the Earth" conspiracies (e.g. Flat Earth, etc.). The moon hoax ones are at least conceivable. That said, I still am of the opinion that the Apollo missions were more or less as described.
