The question you should be asking is not how to make money from what's coming? but how do you survive what's coming. What if the real threat is not that your money loses value, but that your money stops being yours?

What if while you have been watching the markets go up and down, the architecture of your entire financial life has been quietly redesigned and the new architecture has a feature the old one never had. A third lock on every transaction you will ever make. The question I'm asking: who holds the key to the third lock? The most dangerous financial system is not the one that crashes. It is the one that works perfectly for whoever controls it.

Yes, but that window is closing quick. IMO, anything that can be used in a bartering economy, which is virtually any good or service of value that can be exchanged if both parties agree on the terms. Key here is "come to quick agreement".

In crisis or economic collapse scenarios, which is exactly what's coming, high-value barter items shift toward survival essentials such as fuel, medicinal herbs, water filters, long-life foods, tools and security equipment. And of course precious metals like gold and silver.

I'm not an expert in BitCoin, I understand there are advantages but doesn't solve the 3rd lock issue. For instance the FBI and Interpol have successfully traced and seized billions in illicit crypto by linking wallet addresses to real-world identities through exchange KYC data and IP surveillance.
