This is about kosher/religious types of laws. If a Rabbi decides for whatever reason they don't want these cameras around then it's set. No real logic needed for their religious laws.

Also I suppose they don't want these cameras just in case it spots one of the children they kidnap for ritual blood letting.

The map shows central park (You can see the lake and names beside it). Upper east side. Area is riddled with Jewish dens (So called Synagogues).

There are other Jewish areas in NY with flock cameras. But I suppose around central park is where they do the ritual sacrifices.

Edit: They also may not want the cameras so that you can't locate head rabbi. Even though they control the U.S. they can't trust anyone with their details.

lol It’s not the lower east side. It’s the upper west side (you can tell because it’s on the upper west side of the island).

But also, that area is not really the main Jewish community I would say. Williamsburg is a much more prominent Jewish neighborhood, and judging by the map here there are plenty of cameras there
