Air conditioning is definitely unnatural. That is why we have to build machines to do it. Without them, the only way we get cold is for the sun to go away for a long enough period of time. In certain places at certain times of the year, that never happens. Hence the invention of air conditioning.
I don't think anyone ever said the heat is unhealthy (below a certain threshold of course). What the heat is, long before being unhealthy, is uncomfortable. In a few circumstances, it is actually unhealthy, as places like Death Valley exist.
