I was there in 99. You’ll never find another crowd of angry white dudes that size again, at least not any time soon. It proves the Kalergi Plan is in full swing and continues now.
That must have been epic. I was at a Lalapalooza in 96 and the crowd, almost all white because there were no rap acts, nearly rioted for some unknown reason and for a good half an hour stuff was being thrown everywhere before Metallica finally decided it was calm enough to take the stage.
