There is always suitable lockpicking tool, explosive, plasma cutter or whatever could be find for any lock. The question is only if you are able and want to find a solution.
If a population is not able, don't want, or, moreover, can't even imagine possibility to circumvent lockdown, then there is a problem. Not with the globohomos or whatever kikes or something, they do what they are, but with people who exchanged their ability to evade, circumvent or break out of obstacles to the personal comfort and consumerism.
