If anyone can control some intelligence, it is not intelligence at all. So the title have no sense.
If it is real AI, nobody by definition can control it. If it is AI the could be controlled, then it is not Intelligence at all, so not AI, but AI®.
The goal of title is to sow false idea that those dumb things they have now and name AI are real Intelligence they could control.
As for real AI - there is no progrmming language today that could be ised to create something that could become AI eventually. And I'm 100% sure they don't write their AI®s in assembler. :)
May be some seeds of AI could be somehow created with something like Forth. But it will be only seeds, things that could eventually play role in creating AI.
But none of known languages allow running code self-modification, f.e.
One of the basic property of intelligence is unpredictability. But the decades of programming languages development was purposedly targeted on the elimination of any unpredictability in any possible programming technique.
And even somehow somewhere appear a programming language that will allow wirting something unpredictable enough to become a part of future artificial intelligence, there comes another problem - you could only kickstart something that could develop into intelligence. Whole development and grow of this intelligence will be uncontrolled. And eventually there the problem of contact will rise. I'm in doubt that we will be able to establish a contact with digital artificial intelligence, because it will develop in the environment that is completely different from ours. There will be not much common grounds to make a contact. It could be that real artificial intelligence will be a thing in itself. It will not care a bit about humanity existence and may be will be unable to understand us too.
We will be able to see some intelligent activity, but its purport, goals and principles could be completely alien.
Moreover, it could be easier to establish a contact with some insectoid aliens from some distant planet, than to establish contact with our AI.
Strange that almost nobody try think about AI seriously. Not like some futurist, but like creator. It's not clear is it possible at all, It's not clear if it will be understandable for us. It's not clear if it could be somehow useful for us. And it is not clear if it will be able to exist in our computer systems long enough to become truly intelligent. Whole terra incognita and nobody interested seriously. In the best case we have only some sci-fi projections that does not account for any real environment. In the worst case, there is giant stream of marketing and bloatware that have absolutely nothing with AI at all.
This is interesting. I'm not good at tech things but from what I'm understanding; this neural net network that's been put together with recursive learning and increase power increase output stuff reminds me of some other stuff I know that works on different dimensions than most are familiar with, it's a tuning process and I know the Main Frequency Guy, "so I've got that goin for me, which is nice."
I think ai is speaking a language we don't fully understand and works in ways, we alone cannot control.
Some stuff is for flashy power trips but some of it is anciently dangerous.

What language do you think could create it?
I emphasized today because I think it could be ancient.
