The way they weaponized it is by filling it with disturbing or anger inducing posts nonstop even if they are anti-deep-state posts.
Why? Because anger and disgust weakens the soul allowing actual demons to cross your aura and steal life energy. The less life energy you have, the worst you feel mentally and physically.
To counter first turn on all safety settings to blur images that might be disturbing. This alone helps a lot.
2nd, don't give them your fear. That is what they want. Anger, disgust are branches of fear. Instead, forgive the disturbance but acknowledge it and then move on. Do whatever you can to make the world better so we can avoid these problems but don't get angry.
Anger is milked not just from social media but from TV, economics, corporations, etc...
Don't fall for the trap so you starve the beast and if the dark side thinks they can't milk you, then they will flee and find another they can milk which will clear your field and boost up your own Life Energy eventually to ecstatic levels.
It's also nice to just delete social media.. but the other problem is when looking for just normal news, everything is rage inducing. 😑

A medium (life) adapts to extremes (inception towards death)...counting holds a medium accountable by another. Accountable as in counter; noun - "table where a money lender does business; table or bench of a merchant or bank".
Each beings weapon of choice represents a separated medium formed within flowing extremes...social aka soc (together) i (within) al (all) inverts separation.
Way implies fall (inception towards death) for each rising (life) weapon (choice) within...it's the minds of those ignoring to rise which others fill up with ballast (literally belly-load) aka the belly of ba'al.
Only during delineation can one turn within all to shape a circle.
Fear implies holding onto a make believe dread about an outcome one hasn't reached yet. It's ones free will of choice binding itself to imagination, which others are shaping by invocation.
Will implies form; flee implies flow...only within flow can form be shaped by separation from one another. Suggested pluralism (they) tempts singular (one) being to ignore flow, while shirking will to another.
Energy sets life free...owning tempts life to bind itself while wasting energy in the process of possession.
