If you want a man in charge, I'm your man. If you want a woman in charge, you can keep the one you got. If you want u/Buttoucha9k to be mod, vote for him.

You didn't say you suspected me of being a terrorist, you asserted it as a fact. That's an extreme personal attack to base solely on your sixth sense (personal feelings) that I'm a troll without any kind of evidence to support the accusation.
You didn't deal with what I presented, that I am calling for a vote on whether or not to keep you as a mod. You just dismissed and personally attacked me, immediately going to one of the most extreme accusations you could make about someone.
That's not a healthy way to mod. It's not good for the community here if you're just going on your personal feelings without any kind of supporting evidence or reasons people can interact with. A Conspiracy forum should be where people present their suspicions and beliefs with some kind of reasoning why they think that way or anything at all that would enable others to investigate those suspicions and discuss it.
Your friend SwampRangers told someone "Anyone can post relevant vote questions at any time, but since she was modded not a soul has proposed a new one. Would you like to try yet another community vote on a simple binary question to see if another option has more traction? You can do that right now."
Can anyone really put forth a community vote about getting another mod or not? Will you allow what your friend is telling people they can do? Looks like SwampRangers said you becoming a mod was an admin decision, and not organic community support. "Because six or seven names were proposed by community members and admin selected from among them. Several community votes were held but there was more nonparticipation than participation." You don't seem to actually have community support, and have banned all those who don't support you. Look at how long your posts about a roundtable discussion and a documentary went without participation. You don't have the support of the community. They're not interacting with you at this point, except for your Christian friend and one guy that replied like 6 days later.
What kind of criteria are you using to establish whether or not you've succeeded or failed at being a good mod for this community? Is it your personal feelings that you're a good mod? Or do you base it off of measurable or observable criteria? As mod, I'd like for everyone to be able to post here and discuss things without fear of being banned for not liking me or believing something not in line with my religious beliefs. With your personal attack at me, I don't feel someone with my religious convictions is welcomed here. This isn't a Christianity forum, it's a Conspiracy forum. This isn't a treat unsupported personal feelings as facts forum. It's a place for questioning, exploring, discussing, arguing, and having vastly different views all jumbled together in a beautiful chaotic mess.
I'm banning disruptive trolls, the community has requested that. I'm also moderating on 3 simple rules.
Votes are easily manipulated so that doesn't work for us here.
Edit: also it's funny you are not a regular member of this community but want to take it over now for some reason.. Suspicious
I meant terrorizing the community.
Your friend SwampRangers said that anyone could make a post making a bid for mod and having the community vote. That's why I posted that. Not to disrupt the community, but to help ensure the mod position is representative of what the community wants. It appears to have already been disrupted by admin interjection and you banning your critics.
For the sake of community input, will you please make a post where the community can vote between you, me, and Buttoucha9k for mod and keep it up for a week to ensure ample vote time, and pledge to honor the results with whoever wins and make them mod (or kept it if you win)? And unban all the members of the community that you banned for being critical of you so it can be an actual community input, and not just those who support you or stay silent?
Even those who you don't like are a part of the community. Banning your critics and keeping those who remain silent or support you isn't true community support. That's manufactured support. I want to ensure the members of this community have true input in it.
I've been banning those intent on disrupting. There are plenty of people I disagree with that are not banned.
You have your post and it's open.
Are you agreeing to accept this post as a vote for mod that you'll adhere to the results of?
If so, please say so clearly and sticky the post so everyone can easily see it over the course of a week so it doesn't get buried and not seen by members of the community.
I want a forum driven by organic community input.
