Maybe bc. those people were the only 1's in that Building ?

They said that they were able to DIS-able 2+ of the robots, But that the 4th. robot was "able to get ONline Instructions to Re-assemble... itself & keep going with Bullets..." (??)

NO idea how... any of that works. -

( I'm still trying to figger out how 1/2 of my keyboard works, LOL )
