This is an old psyop that is meant to wear people out especially since the Industrial Age when people starting working in factories.

The circadian rhythm is an internal clock that naturally tell you when to sleep, when to rest, when to get active, etc...

A long time ago Time wasn't as it is now where you have a straight line of past, present and future. Yesterday, today and tomorrow. This seems normal because we have used it all our lives but time is actually like infinite overlapping timelines. Each decision we make jumps us onto a new timeline until its time to make another decision.

For example, you might decide if you want to eat at home or go to a restaurant. Once the decision is made, a unique timeline is entered and things seem to flow automatically until you reach the next decision point. It works that way in the larger world picture too but that depends on the average decisions made by the masses. The deep state try to control the decision of the masses in ways that lead to timelines that benefit them btw.

So instead of living in timelines where the past does NOT influence other timelines, they taught humans to agree to a clock type system. This would lead people to meeting at certain agreed times like when going to work. This led to structures in society, made by the deep state, of time agreements. In modern day, the deep state has made a system where people have to wake up about 7:30 AM to get to a 9:00 AM job and leave at 5:00 PM. This gives them like 1-2 hours of free time and then they sleep because of all the traffic, taking a shower, eating, etc.. they have to do.

What this does is make these people dead inside where they don't want to wake up in the morning because there's no joy in going to walmart every morning for 8 hours of backbreaking slavery for chump change while being treated like shit. Then they don't have time to spend with their families and that hurts them too. Sometimes marriages fall apart because of all this stress.

So as you can see, the Time psyop has done a number on many people who think about jumping off a bridge just to escape their debt/time slavery they are in.

The natural way of life is not supposed to be like this where people wake up by force at 7:30 AM and have to drink 5 cups of water just for enough energy to go to work. No, the body is supposed to wake up, rest, get active and go to sleep whenever the hell it wants to. You can wake up at 1:00 AM and go hang out somewhere until you are tired and then go back to sleep. You can wake up at 2:00 pm every day if your body likes that. As long as you follow the natural rhythm of your body, you literally become happier, healthier and more fulfilled.
