A recent report claims terrorists are bulk-buying 1st responder uniforms to be worn amid an attack, fooling us to think jihadis are 911.

What would be the “fooling?”

It'll create havoc & large scale death.

Why? More than the attack they themselves committed? Just kill anyone wearing a yarmulke and the problem goes away.
