That's an outdated definition. Now it means something completely different. What you're referring to changed to MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) and then DID. (Dissociative Identity Disorder)
That's what NIH and NHS have on their websites. Whether the latest DSM has been updated irrelevant. They removed transexualism as a mental disorder when everyone knows faggots in general are batshit crazy.
