What decade are you stuck in? Thanks to EBT, the poor in modern America eat much better than the middle class taxpayers who subsidize their lifestyle. They also get all kinds of other taxpayer funded support, and much more funding per student in their schools. Yet they somehow stay poor, dumb, and violent.
Not to mention non taxable income like drug sales and fencing stolen property...
