It's a pretty dumb question. It's like asking "why do Asians have the smallest genitals"?
Why should I have to account for any negative stat of any race? And what does it have to do with anything I've said.
13% of a population creating over 60% of crimes is an issue that can't be ignored. Facts over feelings.
What does that have to do with the original line of thought at all? That's the issue dingus, nobody is denying that black people have bad per capita stats.
This fed just asks the same dumb questions that have nothing to do with anything. I guess it works on some people.
