Page 20: "Meist ist der Rustikalmensch Inzuchtprodukt, der Urbanmensch Mischling." [The rural person is usually a product of inbreeding, the urban person a hybrid.] So we're already reinterpreting "Urbanmensch" as "future man", which is not what he said.

Pages 22-23: "Die heutigen Rassen und Kasten werden der zunehmenden Uberwindung von Raum, Zeit und Vomrteil zum Opfer fallen. Die eurasisch-negroide Zukunftsrasse, auBerlich der altagyptischen ahnlich, wird die Vielfalt der Volker durch eine Vielfalt der Personlichkeiten ersetzen." The last sentence of OP appears added.

It's not that far off except for the left hook added in the end, but it's no fireworks like the revision, and you see that misquotes (especially memed without proof links) hamper the cause. In this case the person who wants to expose the "Kalergi Plan" makes himself look stupid by making Kalergi say more than he said. He also plays fast and loose with what he wanted Kalergi to say, including trying to helpfully gloss "Providence" as "God" when that is by no means a certain equivalence. (I'm an equal-opportunity corrector.) This telephone game also encourages the actual working of what the "Kalergi Plan" was and became to keep going unhampered as its strawmen are attacked instead.
