It's reasonable to presume that the advertised "storytime" for kids 2-5 might be one of the kind that is known to provoke the response "groomer": that kind of storytime flatly isn't mass-marketed at schools and churches.

Because Muslims have an extremely high birth rate and a religion that revolves around physical removal of those who refuse to have children. They are what every natalist wishes they could be.
Child benefits should be cut regardless, but it's glaringly obvious that the Muslim practice of having four wives and the support for single mothers in US welfare law is something that will not lead anywhere good. Even Helen Keller could tell that something needs to be done there. Instead, they cut support for childless adults who hit a bad time as unemployment rockets up, in what can only be described as a deliberate attack.
