They are, but so is the Jesuit liar posting this jpeg. If you read it closely it doesn't say what he alleges at all.
I'm not going to read his garbage, but CMU collected info on the topic that was later received by the Smithsonian. Court records of jews suing other jews was their most prolific source. They tracked down that Jews owned the slave ships, slave markets, auxiliary businesses making the slave trade possible, the slaves, and even bragged about importing the crops that needed slave labor in the first place. Note that's NOT 75%!
100% jewish ownership of all slaves in the US is not the claim though. Whites hated slavery, but some did see the wealth it generated and did participate. Also significant is the fact that slavery in the US (and the colonies before US existed) was a tiny fraction of the slavery in the western hemisphere. And Muslims enslaved many times more Whites.
