I dont see anywhere in the bible how the age of the planet is important. Someone can be a good Christian believing in either, even if one way seems to historically slightly align more than the other. Same situation with belief in aliens.

I once thought that, then I realized that to stay silent meant I denied "By one man death entered the world." You can't have a miilion-year earth rising from no humanity to humanity without Darwinism. There were no millions or billions of years of death prior to the first man.
Maybe that wasnt DEATH as we know it today. Maybe its possible that young earth is just as much of a misunderstanding as Darwinism is.
Maybe evolution and creation are compatible. Sin on earth could not have existed until the understanding of actions, that is, until a being became able to choose their actions beyond instinct. Animals do not sin when then hunt.

Because they have capitulated to the worLd. It's far easier to cave to the world and flesh than to stand up for truth.
