Has nothing to do with the amount of blood that two gay men share when having intercourse. The anus is meant to be a one way opening.
But if I were bleeding out from a car wreck, I wouldnt care if its a gay persons blood, black persons blood, etc as long as its clean. Same with white people, I dont want a white persons blood if they have aids or herpes or whatever.
You dont really believe that gay people have different blood do you?
Active sodomites have been clinically shown to have different blood with high regularity, which is the reason for the OP restrictions.
