Worldview matters. Throwing money is far less effective than giving people the true worldview. Throwing money at people generally amplifies the natural instincts of the person with the money.
A nigger is going to behave like a nigger no matter what worldview you try to teach him. You swapped out socio-economic status to "worldview" but it's the same deceptive bullshit used as an excuse why Supreme White Civilization should host infinite niggers and kikes to our own detriment.
