I'm following most of this, but I have two questions.
Is the character that kills John Wick's dog named Jesus, or look like Jesus? I don't recall that in the movie.
Is the BSG stuff referencing the original show? Because, in the remake there are 12 cylon models seen in the show, with 5 of the original/unique ones, and 7 that the original 5 mass produced. There was another mass produced cylon human model that was mass produced (making it 13 total), but it was destroyed by a jealous Cavill model. Who are the 72 lesser types?
It's not that specific because they want plausible deniability. If you apply the antagonist to Jesus, usually you see the similarities. Kind of like how the bad guy usually has blonde hair and blue eyes.
There are also a number of protagonists who follow the Jesus line and get "resurrected" somehow.
But I like this theory. The issue is that if he gets defeated in a narrative, then he was an Antichrist anyway, an anointed who didn't deserve it. The past few centuries have been notable for Antichrist types in both fiction and reality achieving great heights, more than those of the first century.
Yet very few people create a wholly sympathetic character, like Jesus appears in the gospels, and then kill that character violently as if it's a good climax. So the programming seems to me to tend to create more animus for antichrists than for Jesus. But it does have a secondary effect of getting people to distrust Jesus and to trust testimony treating him as unsympathetic, deserving of death, and less truthful than his detractors who know better. And that may be almost identical with the point you're making.

I've watched John Wick at least 10 times, and I've seen all of the following movies, even the dogshit Ballerina spinoff.
Also, John Wick killed 77 people in the first movie, not 84. He has never killed 84 people in a movie. The next three all have more than 84 kills.
