My dropped comm; when you said "I can't open the rules" I thought you meant you had the sidebar link to the rules and it didn't open. My trying to be helpful and failing.

u/Perun, this one is less than urgent, but perhaps it's silly, while the TOS require mobile users to follow forum rules, if mobile users can't see forum rules anywhere and can't guess an URL. Maybe put in your pipeline, or ignore if it's already there.
