True, but there is a stick that is worse than the carrot too, if anyone disobeys the Js, they will be stopped regardless of money. Not allowed to make money opposing Js
There are ways to be invulnerable too.
Invulnerable from Js, as a politician? Can't they get anyone they want?
You can be invulnerable from any danger in life whether it’s a corrupt gov official or even the devil himself. Nothing can stop you. Not even poverty or disease.
The secret is spiritual. Jesus explained it but most don’t listen.
The key is to abandon fear as a useless emotion and adopt total faith. Of course this takes great understanding and practice to accomplish. Course In Miracles book has a course just to do this and a few other things.
Once fear is gone and you drop your guards to demonstrate fearlessness, then you tap into a law created by God. This law states that anything you experience you create first with your inner state of being. Fear creates frightening experiences so when you are fearless, even in the face of fear, you always walk away unscathed. Then when you adopt faith, you won’t imagine negative things happening anymore. You imagine positive things happening and then you are officially invulnerable.
I have been doing this for 10 years. It works like a charm.
Btw Jesus said that nobody is taking his life from him. He said he is laying ir down at his own accord. He was invulnerable too but chose to die to bring attention to his message of salvation in a dramatic death. If he did nor choose to die, he would not have died basically.
I agree with faith in God being powerful, but fear is important in some cases too, fear is not a sin, it can save us from running off a cliff. I think we fear too much these days, but I don't want to ignore all fear.
You are speaking about caution. Caution is being careful in the moment of now and it is good.
Fear is worry about the future. Of things you haven't seen yet. That is what needs to go as a useless emotion because that kind of fear crafts negative experiences in your future.
I think God wants us to be fearful of some things, including him.
