HOAs are the biggest bullshit scam ever created since the Federal Reserve.
The home buying contract is a big scam too. You don’t sign up as the homeowner but a tenant to the bank who owns the property but they never tell you that. They just print money and make you pay 3x the amount in 25 years. The contract allows them to take the home from you since you are listed as a tenant. Only Alodial Titles state you as the homeowner and then nobody can take your home as it is your property. They use a similar scam for cars when you sign the registration papers.
Anyway, in the 500 page contract written in legalize, there is one line that states HOAs can issue fines. Nobody knows this because the contract is intentionally made huge and confusing to hide such tyranny within.
Suddenly they used that to control people on their own private property even though the Constitution clearly says this is not allowed as found in the Rhode Island Supreme Court hearing. This is because giving civilians that kind of power would get more and more abused but the Gov wants this as they have waged war against Civilians. HOA agents think they can tell people to do anything and if they don’t listen, they can give a ticket but this cannot be done in a free Country unless a corrupt Gov doesn’t enforce Human Rights. At that point the people step in to enforce Rights.
There has been a lot of HOA outrage to hold these corrupt organizations down or else things would be much worst. There are videos of HOA going into peoples backyards without permission, fining people for having a trash can out or for having a color they don’t like on the garage. Anyone with 2 brain cells can see the tyranny potential here. Then when fines aren’t paid, they steal the house in court. I remember a soldier came back from abroad to see his home was stolen by the HOA.
This is the boundary that cannot be crossed. If you let Karens do this to others on their own property, corruption will eventually arrive to your very doorstep.
Civilians need to uphold certain boundaries or else these commies will take it all.

HOA has crossed bounderies that should never be crossed in America and the only ones that can stop them is the People using strategic, peaceful methods.
