In a nutshell, the certificate claims you are a corporation with your name in all Capital letters and since Governments can control Corporations, they can control you (supposedly) so that allows them to control you with Statute Law and Penal Code instead of just Common Law (no murder, theft, assault).
Human beings can only legally be charged with Common Law so they are using a BS loophole to charge you as a corporation so they can hold hundreds of thousands of penal code statutes over your head like a slave.
The problem is you never agreed to this. Your mom signed Birth Certificate papers but your mom is no you and your mom didn't even know what she was signing.
Now you are aware how they are screwing you, learn how to get around it in Court. Learn stuff like to touch or go past the gate into Admiralty Law territory. There are even ways to officially get off the Birth Certificate and be a full blown Human which you already are actually.
This is a work in progress as many are studying and reporting on what is learned so far. People who actually used this in Court often leave same day. If any problems occur, they sue for deprivation of Rights. There was a guy with a marijuana farm and a homeless guy who resisted police that both went home same day by doing and saying the right things in Court as an example.
Another aspect of Common Law is: No victim, no crime.

Sovereign citizens believe in magic words. If you use the correct words, in the correct order, this somehow is supposed to force the evil government to stop oppressing them and do what they want instead. Which has led to a ton of hilarious videos of sovcits rambling at cops or judges before getting arrested/convicted anyway.

Paper isn't the issue. Wishing binds ones free will of choice to suggested outcomes, while ignoring perceivable origin. Choice originates within balance...wishing implies leaning outwards aka imbalance. A jew suggests paper to tempt consenting gentiles to fulfill their wishes with.
