Based on the video, here is a list of foods to never feed your chickens, along with the reason why for each.
Avocado: Contains persin, which is highly toxic to chickens.
Banana Peels: They are too difficult for chickens to digest. Stick to the banana flesh.
Eggplant Leaves: The leaves, stem, and bud of the plant are poisonous. The eggplant itself is safe.
Raw Beans: Contain lectins, toxic compounds, and phytic acid, which can lead to decreased egg production, circulatory problems, and mineral deficiencies.
Green Tomatoes: The solanine is toxic to chickens. Ripe tomatoes are safe in moderation.
Onions: The sulfur compounds can damage their red blood cells, causing anemia.
Fruit Pits & Seeds: Apple seeds, cherry pits, and other fruit seeds/pits contain cyanide.
Rhubarb & its Leaves: They contain oxalic acid, which is highly toxic to chickens.
Uncooked Pasta & Rice: They can swell in their crop and cause blockages. Always cook them first.
Processed Foods: Chips, deli meats, and packaged snacks are too salty, fatty, and unhealthy.
Sugary Foods: Sugar disrupts digestion and can lead to obesity and poor egg laying.
Yeah, I think most people would agree that they shouldn’t eat:
Banana peels, eggplant leaves, raw beans, green tomatoes (debatable in some cultures),fruit pits, raw pasta, and rhubarb leaves.
I’m fairly certain most people know that sugary and processed food aren’t good for them but can’t break their habit/addict behaviour so won’t admit it.
So that leaves onions and rhubarb stems as the only things on this list I’ll willingly eat.
Now,I’ve seen similar lists about dogs. Those say dogs can eat grapes. My dog will steal bunches of grapes directly off the vine and has never been sick because of it. She has mind at lived beyond her breed life expectancy and probably has a good three or four years in her. So, I’m highly sceptical of lists telling me what my farmyard garbage disposal animals can and can’t eat.

Banana's blood is good too.
Jokes aside, it should be pulp I think
