He is a Jëw. “I started off in Brooklyn, my father gave me a small loan of $1m…” - Donald Trump, 2015
which is not true, it's more like $413 million gifted to Donald and siblings. Frederick Christ Trump, originally named Friedrich Trumpf, changed his name. Why? perhaps because Trumpf or Drumpf is a prominent Bavarian Jëwish name. He built up a huge property empire in the mid-20th century, incorporating 27,000 apartments and houses in the New York City (Queens and Brooklyn), and Donald was raised in a 23-room, nine bathroom mansion.
What evidence is there that Drumpf is Jewish? I found nothing.
Check out the article by Henry Makow, who describes himself as "an assimilated Jew": https://www.henrymakow.com/2024/11/nov-9---trump-belongs-to-chaba.html
Also, according to a high-level WH official Trump converted to Chabad in 2017: https://153news.net/watch_video.php?v=2Y4W71U7YDUB
I meant to say the name "Drumpf", not Trump himself.
Oh, OK. Not strong evidence that I was able find. We know for a fact the surname Drumpf is of German origin and is derived from the German word "trumpfen," meaning to drum or play the trumpet. In Old High German, trumpfen was used to indicate a struggle or victory in a conflict.
The earliest references to the Drumpf name, in a German context, date back to the 14th century in the area of Bavaria. The Ashkenazi Jews settled mainly in Germany and came to view it as their homeland in Europe (Ashkenazi actually means "German" in modern Hebrew and Yiddish). A significant number of these Ashkenazi Jëws began adopting family names due to identification requirements for taxation, census, and military conscription. Drumpf is one such name derived from playing instruments, others were derived from locations such as Weiner (from Vienna). And others from occupation, such as Finkelstein (diamond merchant).
