Nature giving being choice implies fair...choosing to trust a bank puts ones choice into an unfair position.

For the law to have value, it needs to do

Natural law implies moving value; each being within a moved evaluation aka a want within need.

First, it must create a federal civil relief with statutory damages for lost opportunity

a) Loss (inception towards death) generates opportunity to rise (life). Being implies statutory damage (living) during regulatory relief (dying).

b) Federal/bheidh - "to trust" implies trusting one another; being implies unitary/unit - "one" aka apart from one another.

United States aka e pluribus unum (out of many; one) implies unitary federation aka utilizing trust to bank units together. That's the inversion of being, and who's at fault for that...the one ignoring being or the one tempting another one to ignore being?
