Nah, many cops are just plain old bully's.

Never received any love from their mother or something. And one thing that is true, bullys tend to group together and protect each other, and with people like trump giving them blanket immunity.

They are bold enough to do whatever they want these days.

Many of these departments are a very fine line away from being legalized gangs, im not even sure what separates some of them these days. The blue shield I guess.
