"We" implies a hivemind; not a departed mind...

Nucleus; noun - "central mass, about which others cluster or matter collects".

Each ones choice implies central unit within all balance...consenting to a suggestion by another amasses central units into consensus aka a hivemind, which clusters ones departed mind.
