I’m very open to the endless possibilities concerning the nature of our reality, but this kinda sounds like they just crammed a bunch of new agey terms and talking points together.
Also for me stuff just sounds less believable when spoken by an ai.

That's what words do, while distracting from sound separating instruments. Sound doesn't talk...words imply the articulation of sound for talking aka spell-craft.
