Google collapses for 16 minutes = half of the internet out of commission for 16 minutes.
99% of websites run on the same framework as Google, Amazon and Microsoft. One goes down, the rest fall.

An inversion of one fall (inception towards death) rising each one (life). Technology aka tekhnē (artifice) + logy (circular logic) encircles each internally (inter-net) while drawing many together externally (world wide web).
Work implies same energy flowing...frame implies different form (life) being separated from one another within same flow (inception towards death).
Any differences within a web are situated on the same line (online)...
