So much fear mongering around iodine, i don't know what dosage is best
Lugol's solution, four drops in 12oz water once every other day. If you start to develop nose bleeds, back it down by a drop.
Take with selenium?
Yes that's recommended. Selenium and some vitamin c. Read Dr. Brownstein's book on the subject.
IDK. I don't do selenium unless it's in a multi.
