Somebody on here yesterday (not sure which sub) made a comment about how McDonald's claims to sell something like 2 billion hamburgers per year, and how it seems like there aren't enough cows in the world to support that sort of volume.
I haven't looked into it too deeply, but the idea has certainly stuck with me...
