A jew suggests gentiles SMART criteria... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMART_criteria or smartphones; smart automobile; smart contract; smart TV; smartpass etc. to tempt gentiles to harm themselves aka "to be punished; to bear penalties or the evil consequences of any thing".
