Yep. It’s not hard to comprehend. If you’re physically weaker than every other race, you can’t win by force. If you’re mentally weaker than some other races, you can’t win by innovation or intellect. If you’re numerically fewer than every other race, you can’t even win by human wave tactics.

So you convince every single other race that they don’t exist.

Congratulations, now your vanishingly small minority is the global majority, because everyone else thinks they are literally alone and against everyone else individually. You hire only your own people and make it illegal for anyone else to do the same. You give free things only to your own people and make it illegal for anyone else to do the same. You promote only your people and make it illegal for anyone else to do the same. You teach only your culture and make it illegal for anyone else to do the same.
