America went into bankruptcy by 1930s and so the Fed demanded to control the American economy through the Secretary of Treasure position and that America start using their Statutes to control American behavior. The Politicians and Judges bent the knee and allowed it to happen. Many have suffered unfair fines and consequences since then causing many families a whole lot of pain.
