a) Being implies BE-IN...an internal separation.
b) IS implies WAS from the perspective of each being, since if a being IS, then it WAS coming into being before. Aka if life; then inception thereof...an energetic transfer.
Any suggested IS tempts one to ignore all perceivable WAS. Why? Because if a being holds onto suggested; then it ignores that perceivable moves.
c) Notice your use of "not" and "being" aka "to be or not to be"...a Shakespeare play within which Hamlet contemplates suicide, used by few to tempt many into consenting to nihil-ism.
Not contradicts being...contradiction can only exist within one being by turning against (contra) another being.
d) Instead of proclaiming what is not energy...ask yourself what energizes "nothing"?
e) Energy/energos/ergon - "active; work"...only if work was active, can each being react by working.
As for the opposite of work...idle/idol. That's ones ignorance of all working for idolizing employment to another, hence employing ones mind to hold onto a job offer.
Job implies "piece of work; something to be done" aka a partial within whole, not the whole work.
f) Everything aka ever/aiw - "vital force; life" + thing/tenk - "to stretch", hence all stretching (inception towards death) each one (life)...a process of vitalization by animation.
Job was b.c. "behold I make EVERYTHING anew!!!" Ad
Make/magic/mason/match/mingle/mongrel/mag - "to knead, fashion, fit"... it's ones consent taking the suggested "job" which makes the magic happen, hence behold implying "being holding onto".
Everything moves, so if a being holds onto another ones suggestion, then everything (perceivable) is being ignored for nothing (suggested), with nothing representing ones de-nial (nihilo; nothing) of perceivable for suggested.
In short: to make implies putting together; to be implies as partial within separation of whole.
