What about the "old" Orleans? Before being renamed into Orleans/Aurelian it was called Genabum (bending water)...an allegory for bending solid (life) within fluid water (inception towards death) aka the waters above/waters below.
What does reuniting Rome and Gaul imply? Putting together those who roam (life) within all (inception towards death).
